Food for the Prescription Food Pantry

The Prescription Food Pantry addresses one of the most critical determinants of health; making sure patients have access to healthy food. In the past year, the Prescription Food Pantry has provided 45,374 individuals with food. Your donations directly fund the purchases of meat, eggs, vegetables, quinoa and other healthy food. As the COVID-19 situation continues to impact our community, we are monitoring our supply needs. Community Health Alliance is accepting donations of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):Face Masks – Unopened N95, paper earloop or tie, in original carton, hand-sewn masks with pocket for HEPA filter.
